our PROSPERITY
Local insights. Regional impact.
Regional Prosperity financial advisers live where you live—so we get it.
Regional Prosperity financial advisers aren’t strangers from a big city firm. That’s real mud on our 4WDs and our RM Williams have actually walked on grass. We do things differently because we’re from where you’re from. And it all starts with a conversation.
Let’s face it: few fifth-generation sheep shearers have a commerce degree or MBA. With over ten years in the industry, he fosters a culture of energy and output. He wears various hats in the business, whether as a Personal Financial Adviser or Organisation Leader; no challenge is too big.
Andrew is our resident investment expert, having built an impressive skill set during a dynamic career in finance. Originally a CPA Accountant, Andrew transitioned into the industry with a Master’s in Applied Finance from Melbourne University. This specialised skillset has placed Andrew perfectly to provide high-net-worth, complex financial advice.
Martin, the elder of Regional Prosperity, continues to develop from strength to strength. In the final throws of his Masters in Financial Planning, Martin is passionate about supporting retirees and families with complex Aged Care advice needs.
The chief problem-solver, Chaise, oversees the Activation of all the advice we provide across the business. Having worked in the industry for over four years, Chaise has completed his Commerce Degree, majoring in Financial Planning. Halfway through his professional year, we look forward to Chaise stepping into advice on his own in the coming years.
Our newest addition, Sebastian, has pivoted into Financial Planning after a storied AFL career with St Kilda. It is evident that the skill set required to be a professional athlete has transferred beautifully. Blessed with a relentless work ethic, an eye for detail, and a knack for building authentic relationships, once Sebastian finishes his Bachelor of Business at Swinburne, Sebastian will be straight into his Professional Year.
Sheree is the person on our team we couldn’t live without. With an incredible work ethic and a keen eye for detail, Sheree is involved in everything at Regional Prosperity. With a diverse history in the industry, Sheree oversees our workflow so that we can provide best-of-breed service to our people.

Think strategy, compliance and black and white execution. Angus oversees the Nurture function of our business and has recently completed his Commerce degree at a mature age. This broader life experience adds further weight to his transition to advising independently.
Young Tom has been with us ever since he completed his Commerce Degree. We have witnessed Tommy’s growth in all areas of his life. His energy, enthusiasm, and loyalty to the team are brilliant traits. Whether cranking another Ace down the T on the tennis court or overseeing the Engagement function of our business, anyone who works with Tom can vouch for his professionalism and motivation.

Trust is the cornerstone of any relationship, especially when dealing with the financial future for you and your family.
Loyal mates treat you honestly, respectfully and always have your back.
We all learn from the past as we look to the future. By embracing our core vision—while remaining adaptable to changing markets and trends—our purpose will be just as valid 100 years into the future.
Yep, we call it as we see it. But make no mistake, we’re experts at what we do.
